Salary: 100,000-120,000/year

Job Description:

1. Strictly follow the produc↔'♣tion plan, arrange p≥≤ £roduction reasonably, and ensure the timely compl£♣βetion of production tasks;

2. Accurately grasp the product qual↑"ity status and abnormal quality inf  ormation, and effectively solve the pr®♠♥δoduction abnormality;

3. Responsible for implementing the company's ←Ωkey improvement projects such as lean product★♠'→ion and cost reduction, and achieving s←" taged production breakthrough tasks;

4. Responsible for workshop production∏♦± site management and strictly implement system π​÷Ωstandards;

5. Be responsible for∏∞≠ workers' training and education, assessm•δent and evaluation, meγ↑‌∞ntoring and team building, and im↓←•₹plement operating pro₹₩εcedures and process discipl∏π←₹ine.

Job Requirements:

1, College degree or above, majoring in scienc<™>e and engineering;

2, More than 2 years of experience in manufactur¶≈ing production management or technical m£™£‌anagement, experience in high-tech industries or✔↔♣ large-scale enterpr ¶ises is preferred;

3, can adapt to shift work and ha←♠s strong mobility;

4, Have strong organizational, com"±®₽munication, coordination skills, and certα ‌ain team leadership.
