Job Description:
1. Improve the talent ≤ inspection, appointment a§©≥nd incentive system, promote the ra↔∏tional allocation of talents, and build a™ n efficient team;
2. Build the company' ≥s talent echelon system and pr≠>•omote the systematic training of reserve§☆∑ talents;
3. Design a variety of learning, traπ✔ining and training pro¶€grams and organize their implementatiπσon;
4. Implement performan δ&↓ce appraisal and talen↕✔γt evaluation;
5. The introduction of middlδ₹∏e and high-end talents.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree o₹Ω☆'r above, more than 5 years working experience in > human resources management;
2. Have rich experience in organizati ↕←∞onal or talent system construction, and be profi∞€cient in at least 2 items in talen®₹t development, performance appraisalλ→₽♣, and high-end talen™π→t recruitment;
3. Good sense of innovation, systematic thinkin↕>g, strong organization and coordin£♠ation ability, and strong sy☆←stem construction ability.
